5959 Corporate drive is an existing office complex located in west Houston and is a 3 story building. We were contracted to fabricate and install a new structural steel canopy at the main entrance to the facility. The project included new structural steel framing, new stainless steel cladding, new decorative stone wall panels, and the resurfacing and paint of the existing interior canopy. All work was completed around the owners/occupants schedule. The total project costs exceeded $140,000.00. Project Duration was 3 months.
