Allen Place Office Complex I includes a seven story elevator testing tower and three story laboratory building. The facility is located in Allen, Texas. We were contracted to erect the structural steel frame and install the miscellaneous and ornamental iron. Additionally, we were contracted to install the precast concrete panels to complete the exterior skin.  The project included the erection of the elevator testing shafts which allow the tenant, Kone Elevators, to adjust the steel supports in the shafts to accommodate any elevator system that they can dream of. The total project cost was $375,000.00. Project Duration was 9 months.
