First Bank of Conroe, Creekside Branch is a single story wood frame and structural steel banking facility. We provided all of the structural wood framing, siding and finish carpentry for the project. The structure consisted of wood frame walls, glue laminated structural beams, engineered wood trusses, tongue and groove roof decking. The finish carpentry consisted of the exterior cement siding and trim, exterior wood doors, interior millwork, and all interior casing. The total project costs exceeded $490,000.00. Project Duration was 6 months.
